Welcome to Bitstac.
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bitstac Tech Limited, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ("Bitstac", "we", "our", or "us"), and every individual or entity that accesses, onboards, or uses the Bitstac Platform ("you", "your", or "User").
Bitstac operates a technology platform that provides digital solutions designed to facilitate international trade and commerce. Through the Bitstac Platform, users may access one or more products and services offered by Bitstac, including but not limited to:
- Bitstac Pay – our payment and financial technology solution for cross-border payments, supplier payments, trade finance support, foreign exchange facilitation, and related financial services; and
- Bitstac Ship – our logistics and shipping solution that enables users to arrange, coordinate, monitor, and manage the transportation, freight forwarding, customs support, delivery, warehousing, and other logistics-related services offered directly by Bitstac, through its approved logistics partners.
By creating a Bitstac account, clicking "I Agree", accessing the Platform via its website or mobile application, or using any Bitstac Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Your registration on the Bitstac Platform constitutes your acceptance of a contractual relationship with Bitstac Tech Limited governing your access to the Platform and every Bitstac Product made available to you from time to time. Your use of any individual Product shall also be subject to any additional product-specific terms, policies, operational guidelines, or service requirements applicable to that product.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or any Bitstac Product. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, merchants, businesses, agents, suppliers, logistics partners, and every other person or entity that accesses or uses the Bitstac Platform or any Bitstac Product.
The Bitstac Platform
Bitstac operates a digital technology platform that connects businesses and individuals to products and services that facilitate international trade, cross-border commerce, payments, and logistics.
The Bitstac Platform serves as the central point through which users may access one or more products and services developed, operated, or made available by Bitstac Tech Limited. Access to particular Products may be subject to eligibility requirements, successful onboarding, regulatory approvals, jurisdictional restrictions, and compliance with these Terms.
The Products available on the Platform may include, but are not limited to:
- 1.1. Bitstac Pay – a financial technology solution that enables users to initiate, receive, process, and manage domestic and international payments, supplier payments, settlement services, trade finance support, foreign exchange facilitation, and other payment-related services.
- 1.2. Bitstac Ship – a logistics technology solution that enables users to request, arrange, coordinate, monitor, and manage shipping, freight forwarding, customs documentation support, cargo handling, warehousing, last-mile delivery, shipment tracking, and related logistics services offered directly by Bitstac or through approved logistics providers.
Bitstac may introduce additional products, features, or services from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, such products shall automatically form part of the Platform and shall be governed by these Terms together with any applicable product-specific terms.
The availability of any Product or Service may vary depending on the user's jurisdiction, account status, regulatory requirements, operational limitations, or any other eligibility criteria determined by Bitstac.
Bitstac reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or introduce any product or feature on the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.
2. Product-Specific Terms – Bitstac Pay
The provisions contained in this Part apply specifically to every User who accesses or uses Bitstac Pay.
Bitstac Pay is a financial technology product designed to facilitate domestic and international payment solutions, supplier payments, foreign exchange facilitation, trade settlement, payment routing, and other related financial services. The availability of Bitstac Pay is subject to applicable financial regulations, licensing requirements, internal compliance procedures, and jurisdictional restrictions.
Users acknowledge that access to certain payment services may require Know-Your-Customer/Business verification, enhanced due diligence, identity verification, source-of-funds verification, transaction monitoring, or additional documentation before transactions can be processed.
Bitstac does not guarantee that every payment request, transaction, currency conversion, or settlement instruction will be accepted or completed. Bitstac reserves the right to reject, suspend, delay, or cancel any payment instruction where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, sanctions obligations, internal risk policies, fraud prevention measures, anti-money laundering regulations, or operational limitations.
3. Product-Specific Terms – Bitstac Ship
The provisions contained in this Part apply specifically to every User who accesses or uses Bitstac Ship.
Bitstac Ship is a logistics technology solution that enables Users to access logistics services to arrange and manage domestic and international shipping through Bitstac’s approved logistics partners.
Services available through Bitstac Ship may include freight forwarding, shipment booking, customs documentation support, cargo consolidation, shipment tracking, warehousing, transportation, delivery coordination, and other logistics-related services as may be introduced by Bitstac from time to time.
Bitstac may perform these services directly or through independent third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouse operators, carriers, shipping agents, or other service partners.
Where logistics services are performed by third-party providers, Bitstac acts as the platform facilitating the arrangement of such services and does not assume responsibility for the independent acts, omissions, delays, or defaults of those providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all shipment information, cargo descriptions, declared values, documentation, packaging requirements, and applicable regulatory information submitted to Bitstac are complete, accurate, and lawful.
Bitstac reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any shipment that violates applicable laws, international trade restrictions, sanctions requirements, customs regulations, carrier policies, safety requirements, or these Terms.
Users acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, government actions, carrier delays, force majeure events, security checks, or other circumstances beyond Bitstac's reasonable control.
4. Eligibility
To access or use the Bitstac Platform or any Bitstac Product, you must;
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained the legal age required to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
- Possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
- Not be prohibited under any applicable law, regulation, sanctions regime, or governmental order from accessing or using the Platform or any Bitstac Product.
Where you access the Platform on behalf of a company, partnership, government agency, or other legal entity, represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such circumstances, references to "you" and "your" shall include both you and the entity you represent.
Bitstac reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Product or Service and may refuse or restrict access where necessary to comply with applicable laws, internal policies, licensing requirements, or risk management considerations.
5. Account Registration
Access to certain Products and Services requires the creation of a Bitstac account. During registration and throughout your relationship with Bitstac, you may be required to provide information including, but not limited to:
- 5.1. Full legal name.
- 5.2. Email address.
- 5.3. Telephone number.
- 5.4. Government-issued identification documents.
- 5.5. Corporate registration documents.
- 5.6. Beneficial ownership information.
- 5.7. Business profile and trading information.
- 5.8. Financial or payment information.
- 5.9. Shipping, logistics, delivery, or warehouse information where required for Bitstac Ship.
- 5.10. Any additional information reasonably required by Bitstac for regulatory, operational, contractual, compliance, fraud prevention, or service delivery purposes.
You represent and warrant that all information provided to Bitstac is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
You agree to promptly notify Bitstac of any material changes to your information and to keep your account information up to date at all times.
Bitstac may request additional information or supporting documentation at any stage of your use of the Platform.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delays, restrictions, suspension of Services, rejection of transactions or shipment requests, or termination of your account.
6. Identity Verification and Regulatory Compliance
Bitstac operates in regulated industries and is committed to complying with all applicable laws relating to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), counter-proliferation financing (CPF), sanctions compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, trade compliance, customs requirements, export control regulations, data protection, and other applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
By using the Platform, you expressly authorize Bitstac to:
- 6.1. Verify your identity and business information.
- 6.2. Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Know Your Transaction (KYT), sanctions, politically exposed person (PEP), and adverse media screening.
- 6.3. Request additional documentation or information at any time.
- 6.4. Monitor transactions, payment activity, shipment activity, and account behaviour for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, customs offences, or other unlawful activity.
- 6.5. Share information with competent regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, logistics partners, customs authorities, or other authorised third parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
Failure to successfully complete any required onboarding, verification, or compliance process may result in restricted access to certain Products, delayed transactions or shipments, rejection of onboarding, suspension of Services, or permanent termination of your account.
Bitstac reserves the right to delay, reject, suspend, cancel, or refuse any payment, shipment, account registration, or service request where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory obligations, sanctions requirements, internal risk policies, or fraud prevention measures.
7. User Responsibilities
As a condition of using the Platform, you agree to:
- 7.1. Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and authentication methods.
- 7.2. Ensure that all information submitted to Bitstac remains accurate, complete, and current.
- 7.3. Promptly notify Bitstac of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, fraudulent activity, unauthorized shipment, or suspicious transaction affecting your account.
- 7.4. Use the Platform and all Bitstac Products only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- 7.5. Ensure that any goods submitted for shipment comply with all applicable laws, customs requirements, import and export regulations, and carrier restrictions.
- 7.6. Ensure that payment instructions, shipment details, recipient information, delivery addresses, cargo descriptions, declared values, and supporting documentation submitted through the Platform are complete and accurate.
- 7.7. Cooperate with Bitstac in responding to requests for additional information, compliance reviews, investigations, customs inquiries, or dispute resolution processes.
Bitstac shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, failed transaction, shipment issue, customs penalty, or other consequence arising from inaccurate information, unauthorized access caused by your negligence, or your failure to comply with these Terms.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree that you shall use the Platform and all Bitstac Products solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and any operational policies issued by Bitstac from time to time.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you shall not:
- 8.1. Use the Platform to engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- 8.2. Use Bitstac Pay or any other Product to facilitate or attempt to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing, fraud, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, sanctions evasion, identity theft, cybercrime, or any other financial crime.
- 8.3. Provide false, inaccurate, misleading, forged, fraudulent, or incomplete information during account registration, identity verification, shipment booking, payment initiation, or at any other stage of your relationship with Bitstac.
- 8.4. Attempt to circumvent Bitstac's onboarding procedures, compliance controls, transaction monitoring systems, shipment verification processes, account restrictions, security measures, or internal risk management procedures.
- 8.5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, another user's account, Bitstac's systems, databases, APIs, servers, or any connected infrastructure.
- 8.6. Interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, automate, or otherwise compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the Platform or any Bitstac Product.
- 8.7. Use Bitstac Pay for unauthorized payment processing, payment aggregation without approval, unauthorized money transmission, fraudulent chargeback schemes, transaction to high risk jurisdiction, sanctioned individuals, or any transaction prohibited by applicable law or Bitstac policy.
- 8.8. Use Bitstac Ship to transport, arrange the transportation of, or otherwise facilitate the movement of goods that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, restricted, or require licences or permits which you have failed to obtain.
Such goods may include, without limitation:
- narcotic drugs or controlled substances;
- firearms, ammunition, explosives, or military equipment except where expressly authorised by applicable law;
- hazardous materials not declared in accordance with applicable regulations;
- counterfeit or pirated goods;
- wildlife products traded in violation of applicable laws;
- prohibited chemicals;
- human remains;
- illicit currency or financial instruments; and
- any other goods prohibited by applicable law, customs authorities, carriers, or Bitstac policies.
- 8.9. Misdeclare or understate the nature, quantity, origin, destination, classification, value, ownership, or contents of any shipment, or submit false customs declarations, invoices, certificates, permits, or other shipping documentation.
- 8.10. Use the Platform in connection with countries, individuals, entities, vessels, goods, or transactions that are subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or trade restrictions.
- 8.11. Use the Platform to distribute or facilitate the distribution of goods or materials that infringe intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, industrial designs, or trade secrets.
- 8.12. Use the Platform in any manner that could expose Bitstac, its users, financial partners, logistics providers, regulators, or third parties to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk.
Bitstac reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, to investigate any suspected breach of this Section.
Where Bitstac reasonably believes that a violation has occurred or may occur, Bitstac may suspend or terminate your account, reject or cancel any payment or shipment, freeze or restrict access to the Platform, report the matter to competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities, disclose relevant information as required by law, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or its business interests.
The exercise of any of the foregoing rights shall be without prejudice to any other legal or equitable remedies available to Bitstac.
9. Product-Specific Risks
9.1. Certain Bitstac Pay services involve digital payment infrastructure, foreign exchange, and financial institutions.
By using Bitstac Pay, you acknowledge and accept that:
- a. exchange rates, settlement times, and transaction fees may fluctuate;
- b. payment processing may be delayed due to banking systems, regulatory reviews, compliance checks, blockchain network congestion, or third-party service interruptions;
- c. certain payment instructions may become irreversible once processed or settled;
- d. Bitstac does not control banking networks, payment rails, blockchain networks, or third-party financial institutions involved in processing transactions; and
- e. you are solely responsible for verifying all payment instructions, recipient details, account information, wallet addresses, and transaction particulars before authorising any transaction.
9.2. By using Bitstac Ship, you acknowledge that logistics and transportation services involve operational risks beyond Bitstac's reasonable control.
These risks may include delays arising from customs inspections, weather conditions, port congestion, transportation disruptions, industrial action, government actions, carrier limitations, security incidents, force majeure events, or the acts or omissions of third-party logistics providers.
Bitstac does not warrant that any shipment will arrive within an estimated delivery period.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, delivery estimates are indicative only and shall not constitute guaranteed delivery timelines.
Users are responsible for ensuring that goods are appropriately packaged, labelled, documented, insured (where applicable), and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements before shipment.
Loss of or damage to goods may be subject to the liability limitations of the applicable carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse operator, insurer, or other logistics service provider.
Bitstac is not liable for any loss or destruction of goods in transit or upon delivery where such user has not opted in for insurance coverage for the specific shipment.
10. Fees, Charges and Payment Obligations
Certain Products and Services made available through the Platform may be subject to service fees, transaction fees, processing charges, shipping fees, customs-related charges, storage fees, foreign exchange margins, taxes, duties, insurance costs, or other applicable charges.
Applicable fees will be communicated through the Platform, a quotation, invoice, pricing schedule, or any other method determined by Bitstac before the relevant Product or Service is provided.
By requesting or using any fee-based Product or Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, duties, taxes, and other amounts associated with your use of the Platform.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- 10.1. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, levies, and government-imposed charges.
- 10.2. You are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, taxes, permits, inspections, and regulatory fees relating to your shipment unless expressly stated otherwise.
- 10.3. Bitstac reserves the right to revise its pricing, fee schedules, or applicable charges at any time. Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice of such changes shall be provided.
- 10.4. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of Services, refusal to process payments or shipments, withholding of goods where legally permissible, cancellation of transactions, or termination of your account.
11. Availability of the Platform and Services
Bitstac uses reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and reliability of the Platform and its Products. However, the Platform and Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis, and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Platform or any Product may become temporarily unavailable due to:
- scheduled maintenance;
- software updates;
- system upgrades;
- banking or payment network interruptions;
- telecommunications failures;
- blockchain network congestion;
- customs processing delays;
- logistics disruptions;
- failures of third-party service providers;
- force majeure events; or
- any circumstance beyond Bitstac's reasonable control.
Bitstac shall not be liable for any loss arising solely from the temporary unavailability, interruption, delay, or degradation of the Platform or any Product, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Bitstac reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or any Product where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform, together with all software, source code, application programming interfaces (APIs), databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, designs, documentation, text, graphics, user interfaces, content, and other proprietary materials made available by Bitstac (collectively, the "Intellectual Property"), are owned by or licensed to Bitstac and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Bitstac grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your lawful internal business purposes.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you shall not:
- 12.1. copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Intellectual Property;
- 12.2. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform;
- 12.3. remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- 12.4. use Bitstac's Intellectual Property in any manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without Bitstac's prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in the Platform or Bitstac's Intellectual Property to you.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or facilitate access to services provided by independent third parties, including but not limited to:
- financial institutions;
- payment processors;
- digital asset infrastructure providers;
- logistics companies;
- freight forwarders;
- customs brokers;
- warehouse operators;
- shipping carriers;
- insurers;
- technology providers; and
- other service partners.
Your use of any third-party service may be subject to separate agreements, terms, policies, or conditions imposed by the relevant third party.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bitstac does not own, operate, or control third-party service providers and does not guarantee the availability, performance, security, or quality of their services.
Bitstac shall not be liable for any act, omission, delay, default, negligence, or failure of any independent third-party service provider, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where Bitstac facilitates services provided by third parties, Bitstac acts solely as the technology platform coordinating or enabling such services and shall not be deemed the carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer, or financial institution unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Suspension and Termination
Bitstac reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, to suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate your access to the Platform or any Product where:
- 14.1. you breach these Terms or any applicable Product-specific terms;
- 14.2. you fail to satisfy any regulatory, compliance, or onboarding requirements;
- 14.3. Bitstac reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct;
- 14.4. your activities expose Bitstac, its partners, regulators, or other users to legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk;
- 14.5. Bitstac is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, court order, or governmental authority; or
- 14.6. continued provision of the Services is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.
Upon suspension or termination, Bitstac may cancel pending transactions or shipment requests, restrict access to account information, retain records as required by law, or take any other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
You may discontinue your use of the Platform at any time by closing your account in accordance with Bitstac's procedures.
Termination shall not affect any accrued rights, payment obligations, liabilities, indemnities, confidentiality obligations, or provisions that are intended to survive termination.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitstac, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or economic losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any Bitstac Product.
Without limiting the foregoing, Bitstac shall not be liable for any loss arising from:
- 15.1. delays or failures in payment processing, settlement, banking systems, blockchain networks, or financial institutions;
- 15.2. delays in shipping, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, cargo handling, or delivery;
- 15.3. acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, or default of independent third-party service providers, including financial institutions, logistics providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouse operators, insurers, or shipping carriers;
- 15.4. inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by you;
- 15.5. unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials or authentication methods;
- 15.6. force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, governmental actions, acts of terrorism, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or other events beyond Bitstac's reasonable control;
- 15.7. loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunities, goodwill, contracts, customers, or revenue.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Where Bitstac is found liable notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, Bitstac's aggregate liability arising from any claim connected with the Platform or any Product shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to Bitstac for the specific Product giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Disclaimer
The Platform and all Bitstac Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitstac disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, uninterrupted access, accuracy, reliability, or performance.
Bitstac does not warrant that:
- 16.1. the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- 16.2. any payment, shipment, or other transaction will be completed successfully;
- 16.3. estimated delivery dates, shipment timelines, or payment settlement periods will always be achieved;
- 16.4. the Platform will be free from viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components;
- 16.5. any defects or errors will be corrected within any specified period.
Users acknowledge that the successful completion of financial transactions and logistics services depends upon numerous third-party systems and regulatory processes outside Bitstac's reasonable control.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bitstac, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- 17.1. your breach of these Terms;
- 17.2. your misuse of the Platform or any Bitstac Product;
- 17.3. your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- 17.4. any payment instruction, shipment request, or transaction initiated by you;
- 17.5. any goods submitted for transportation through Bitstac Ship;
- 17.6. any customs penalties, duties, taxes, regulatory sanctions, or governmental claims arising from information or documentation supplied by you; or
- 17.7. the infringement of any intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party.
This indemnity shall survive the termination of these Terms.
18. Changes to these Terms
Bitstac may amend, update, or modify these Terms from time to time in order to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations, technology, Platform functionality, or the Products offered.
Where appropriate, updated Terms shall be published on the Platform together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Where required by applicable law or where the changes materially affect your rights or obligations, Bitstac shall provide reasonable notice before such changes become effective.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith negotiations.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute has been given by one party to the other, either party may refer the matter to Mediation under the Lagos Multi-Door Court House. Where parties are unable to mitigate the dispute through Mediation, the matter shall be escalated to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Bitstac from seeking interim, injunctive, or other equitable relief where necessary to protect its rights, confidential information, intellectual property, or business interests.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Product-specific terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML/CFT Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bitstac regarding your use of the Platform.
20.2. Severability

Bitstac may assign, transfer, or novate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or purchaser of its business.
20.5. Survival
Any provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including those relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and payment obligations, shall survive the termination of these Terms.
